    Without the local church in Cambodia, a majority of the 15+ million people will never hear the Gospel. Jesus’ words have never been more true in Cambodia, “the harvest is ready but the workers are few.”

In the Dunlap Tribe, we know that you are the kind of person who wants to be part of fulfilling the Great Commission that Jesus described in Matthew 28. To do so, you naturally desire to be part of the command to "go into all the world...". However, it can be next to impossible for many people. this often leaves one feeling excluded from the calling of the Great Commission. We believe that God intended for there to be those who go and those who help fund. In some respects, you may not go yourself but instead you send your finances to the nation! This is why no one should be left from participating in the great commission as well as left out of the great blessing that comes with being part of God's plan to share His message with the nations.

Our family has been serving in Cambodia since 2017. During this time, we have discipled dozens of leaders and witnessed many Cambodians accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Our ultimate goal and focus now is to contribute to the growth of the church by spreading the Gospel throughout the cities and villages of Cambodia. At the same time, we are dedicated to developing leaders through training, mentorship, and providing opportunities for them to step into leadership roles in the church. We firmly believe that God desires to raise up hundreds of leaders who will impact all areas of society and reach those who are far from God. In doing so, we hope to see the entire nation of Cambodia come to Christ. This mission is our primary focus and the driving force behind all we do.

FAQs

  • The bible clearly shows us that the amount given is not what is most important. Jesus talks about this lesson in the story of the widow’s mite. The reality is that the heart behind what is given is where God wants to move in you. We are faithfully believing that He will then come in and bless it and multiply it as he sees fit. In short, we are simply grateful for your heart to give and partner with our ministry.

    Every dollar given helps get the gospel to more people, more believers discipled, and leaders trained and empowered. Every single cent given is part of fulfilling the mission and vision.

  • More than 90% of your giving goes directly to the Dunlap Tribe and their ministry in Cambodia. It helps pay for things like food, schooling for our kids, language tutoring, transportation costs, ministry expenses, mentoring meetings, supporting local khmer missionaries and more. We have very small administration costs. Depending on if you chose to cover the processing fee or not, our partnering 501(c)3, FMI, keeps less than 10% of all donations for admin costs. These go towards help with accounting, tax requirements, end of year reporting and long term admin help for us on the field.

  • Unfortunately, we hear this one a lot. We have even experienced it ourselves when we have given to other missionaries and never hear from them again. We understand the value of having a praying and invested team of partners behind us. We know that communication is vital for the survival and growth of ministry. Once you sign up for our updates, you should receive them at least once a month. We also make an effort to hold special events when we are back in the US for our ministry partners!

  • Our hearts ache for the current state of our home country, America. We recognize the urgent need for a divine intervention, and we frequently pray for this. As a family, however, we have received a calling from God to use our skills and abilities to serve overseas. From a young age, we felt God's calling to the Nations. We firmly believe that it's not a choice between serving abroad or domestically; rather, we believe that while we serve in Cambodia, God is also guiding others to serve in their own unique ways in their own communities. It's possible that God may lead us back to the USA in the future, but for now, we possess specific gifts and skills that are greatly needed here in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We also believe that God specifically calls people to “Go in ALL the World” (Matthew 28:19-20) and our “GO” is to Cambodia.
